Gamba Natural has become a true sustainable project promoting the conservation of the biodiversity of the seas and coasts of our planet and helping to curb overfishing. We have developed cutting-edge technology to produce Natural Shrimp of high gastronomic value, totally fresh, never frozen and without sulfites, in a closed space with a recirculation system of natural salt water with marine salts from the Red Sea. We fish daily on demand and serve in less than 36 hours in the Peninsula.
