The Dénia's stand will offer a tasting of different tapas:
1st Tapa: "Zumbao con cremoso de all i pebre, anguila ahumada, tobiko y rábano picante". Main ingredients: Smoked European Eel, pastry, pepper, garlic, black garlic, daikon radish, etc.
2nd Tapa: "Rosquilleta, bonito en semi-salazón, pimientos asados, aguacate, asadillo, crema de ajo y ajo negro." Main ingredients: Tuna, "rosquilleta" (bread snack), roasted red peppers, onion, garlic and black garlic, avocado, honey, coriander, salt, etc.
Sweet Tapa: Sweet potato's cakes.
